5/6L have been focusing on Australian Colonies this term and one of the many things we looked at was the Australian landscape and its history. Sidney Nolan was an infamous painter who saw himself as an outlaw on the run from the Australia Defence force. His family and friends were not proud of him. However, over time the Australian Public saw him as an Australian icon for his paintings. These are 5/6L's interpretations of Sidney Nolan's artwork.
